News on 5/512 for Reno, NV?

I have 3/256 service in the Reno area and I am very curious about 5/512. Any information would be great.

I tried calling Charter and the guy wouldn't tell me anything. All he would do is try to sell me their online music service.

We have had NO official word about the Pacific NW areas having any speed upgrades (this includes Reno areas).

Nope. Reno and surrounding areas are part of the Northern California market and therefore falls under the Pacific NW markets.
