I hate DRM as much as you, but how are you supposed to have a subscription based service w/o DRM?
Actually, DRM annoys me when I buy a file and it's infected with DRM. It's mine, damnit, I'll do what I will with it. Subscription DRM would not bug me as much, since I know from the outset I am only renting it.
