[Cyberonic] MCI ADSL with a 5861 config help

I have an MCI ADSL line which Cyberonic is really *&^%ing me off... I know the trouble is not on my side but I want to make sure...

So I have a backup 5861 I'd like to test out..

Does anyone know the configuration I should set this up as?

WAN Protocol and Settings.. just enough to get it to sync..
