Couple of questions to LBDSL customers and support

1. What kind of taxes, fees being charged in addition to what is advertside on website? I'm in Texas.
2. Is LBDSL willing to work with customer to match competitor offerings (I have Speakeasy now with 5 static IPs package, all those 5 are free).
3. If I already have dry DSL pair through Covad will installation still be neccessary or not?

Re: Couple of questions to LBDSL customers and sup

Good afternoon:

1. What kind of taxes, fees being charged in addition to what is advertside on website? I'm in Texas.
- There are no additional hidden fees or taxes on our services, what you see on the site, is all you are billed.

2. Is LBDSL willing to work with customer to match competitor offerings (I have Speakeasy now with 5 static IPs package, all those 5 are free).
- Yes we work with all users, however, I would bet you are paying more per month right now, once you factor in all the additional taxes.

3. If I already have dry DSL pair through Covad will installation still be neccessary or not?
-No, we can do an ISP switch »lbdsl.com/isptransfer.html)

1.Does it mean there will be no installation/activation cost? Or how much will it cost to get a new service?
2. Where can I read TOS.
3. I understand you provide router for static packages. I don't want router but I want a switch since I route stuff myself through ISA server. I want public IPs bound to external NIC of my firewall. Is it possible?

To prevent from answering the same questions, lets either stick to the forum here, or the e-mail we have been sending each other.

ISP switch cost varies, on a number of factors, so if you can PM, or e-mail us your Covad Circuit ID, I can get all the cost involved quoted to you.

If you don't want to do an ISP switch, and just have a new line installed, then the normal installation rates apply as listed on our site.

The Terms of service are on our web site. Here is a direct link »lbdsl.com/tos.html
