anon : Basically, any number that appears to be "RESTRICTED" will get blocked if you turn on that feature. Example would be if I dialed *67 before calling your number. When someone is calling you from another country, the caller ID will display "UNKNOWN" or "OUT OF AREA", and the call in fact will go through. However if someone is calling you from a restriced number, all they're gonna get is a busy signal. Hope it helps...

artisticcheese : What is considered to be anonymous call on SR? If my mom calls me on calling card from Russia, does it mean her call will come as anonymous? If somebody is not sending CID does this number comes as anonymous? I'm confused by the term and effect of enabling "anonymous calls rejection" on SR. Also what other end gets when it's turned on? Voicemail?
--
»www.windowsvsunix.com
