[SunRocket] Question about SR voicemail?

hdp203 : I read in Fatwallet forum that if we unplug the Gizmo or if our internet is down, people who call our SR numbers WILL get silence (or fast busy signal/number not in service msg), they WILL NOT get voicemail. Is that right? If this is true, it really is a show stopper for me.
Can SR customers in this forum please confirm this? I will try it tonight when I get home.

hdp.
