"disconnected, connection reset by peer"

not sure if they are disconnecting, or something on my end is disconnecting them?

as stated, i can download fine from others, but until recently ALL uploads from my system are now disconnected within the first minute or so. i haven't changed any settings

i even tried the "firewall-mode",, uploads still disconnect
otherwise,, program is set to "listen on port 6699....... and 6257 udp..... etc.

this began a few weeks ago, with uploads from my system, all uploads are disconnected?

any help in correcting this situation?
