I'm OK with a change to the franchise laws under a couple of caveats: The same laws apply to all: cable companies, wireless, telcos. The new law doesn't allow cherry picking only parts of towns. A part of the law abolishes all the special fees(except the ONE franchise fee) that a company tries to apply. No more telco 37 varieties of add on fees. -- My Web Page My Blog Join Red Room Forum
