I was straightforward and said I wanted to upgrade for fax reasons. He said it doesn't guarantee support for fax. I told him I've read alot of forum posts that claimed success with sending with 4.54 so he said ok. About an hour later a support person called, asked if i could be w/o phone for 30 minutes, and told me to power cycle gizmo.
