 | reply to cable prob Wow, this is interesting... I could never break 4.5 down but now:
2005-07-01 12:40:26 EST: 10891 / 695 Your download speed : 11153400 bps, or 10891 kbps. A 1361.4 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 712419 bps, or 695 kbps.
Now, I the main issue I still have is peak time latency. It's nice to have all the bandwidth in the world but useless if the latency is through the roof. |

not quite rightI'm not cool enough to be a Mac person join:2001-06-23 Puyallup, WA kudos:1 | reply to cable prob I was in the middle of a game when my connection went to crap. I was getting about 21/31kbs. I restarted the modem, ran a speed test, and now I'm getting crazy speeds. example: »/speedtests/62···20242512 -- Hey...look another dead horse...let's beat it to death. |

 | Ya I knew that,I noticed it was only like that if I went straight to speakeasy's web site but if I used the same server from DSLReports it would show a more true test. I also noticed this morning that the web page looks different now and the tests look to be more true now but still a little higher than DSLReports test page. |
