TWCNYC is the most overpriced and crappiest service I have ever seen, I agree. TV picture quality is shitty, channel packaging is really confusing and shady, cable upspeed is pathetic (usually less than 512), customer service simply lied about a promotion.
I'm a former Voom sub - after I tried TWCNYC, I disconnected and went for Dish. Dish is also arrogant to some extent but at least cheaper and has better PQ and channel lineup.
