The cap is unidirectional, calculated by upload OR download, not both. "Power users" have a 75 gig cap. As I understood, power user 20mbit tier is $100 a month. <br>Also for regular users, if you go over the 40 gigs the first time, you get a warning. Second time you are charged $2 for every gig after the 40Gig mark.]]></description>
