Have to remember tho, end-users that buy online are a minority. Just as online users frequenting this board are a minority.
Typical PC user knows no such thing as online distributors.
I find that, if I MUST have a part the day it fries, in this area CompUSA & Circuit City is by far cheaper than BestBuy. But BestBuy simply has the most outspoken marketing, hence they have the most number of buyers.
I've only had to buy from a retail store once (HSF, CircuitCity), other than that I go online.
