And when I say scammed, I mean scammed. Fraud. Ripped off.
I got charged 1 month for a service I didn't use when I canceled Primus DSL.
I waited 2 months for Tier II to have Primus' backbone or WAN specialist fix their uplink from the central office to the Primus backbone, with nothing to show for it but lies, and falsehoods from Tier II.
I got hung up on by Tier I due to they're not wanting to own up to the problem.
And worse....having resolved thousands of similar DSL problems myself, it was unbelievable a company could get away with it, as much as like seeing a bat fly out of hell like Van Helsing the movie - with its creatures.
I got scammed big time as a Primus customer. They even charged me $200 for a modem not worth more than $15 these days on ebay.ca |
