| Tech Support is not Tech Support? Anyone wonder WHY when you call Bazilion, they dont have tech support? When is the last time you dealt with an ISP.. that did'nt know how to tell customers on the phone how to do the basics? Most of the customer support reps.. can't support you as a customer. They can't answer basic questions, "Do you offer a newsgroup server?" "How many IP's am I allowed?" "What's the POP server address?"
When I call customer service at an ISP, I expect them to know how to help me configure my outlook.. or at least the basics like the POP server address. If you ask sales how many IP's you are allowed... they tell you it's unlimited.. its DHCP.. grab all you want. Seems you are only allowed two. Now, I can't complain that im only allowed two.. but sales should KNOW this before making a false claim. From what I understand Bazillion has had 7 roll overs in customer support people. 7 total!.. This means that they cannot keep staff. I dont mean 7 people.. I mean 7 total roll overs of all customer support staff. They never answer emails, they never call back, a manager is never there when you ask for one. Here want to get them going... here a few numbers I have picked up....
CHristy Everson 206-436-3841, supposedly she is responsible for getting customers lines hooked up. Mike Riddler 206-436-8655 , supposedly he is in charge of the tech suport staff. Mike, for some odd reason, thinks that if your line is hooked up.... you are ok... and don't need any further assitance. Bazillion just needs a good staff... and they could do well. Customer support is at an all time low... very unprofessional.. they offered an unbelivable price on DSL/IDSL and got swamped... and this is the price.. poor service... well it's true.. you get what you pay for...
and FYI.. I'm in Washington state... I really think I shoudl have gone with Phoenix DSL....and I'm going to call them today... |
