American Hipocrasy

Taking about the Hippocrates world knows that! no one else can be better hipcrites than american..

comming to $1 issue, ms sells xp for $150 now if we think this in terms of asian counties like India $150 would be Indian Rs.7500 so who are the hipocrites. Think that if you would have to buy xp at $7500 what would you do.

Brother when you don't know any thing about the religion you don't have the rights to comment on it. Reading some anti Indonecian articles does not make to learn the religion. First try to learn thing and then comment about it. Read some authentic articles to understand some one else religion that would make you better human-being. Lets not comment on other religions unless we know what it says.

When you learn how to speak properly and realize that RS to $ isn't a one-to-one comparison, maybe people will pay attention to you.

The engineer in America who's earning $55,000 won't earn only Rs.55000 in India. He'll earn much more.

Just calm your crap down and come back when you've got something real to say.

that is what I want you to understand buddy an average Indian/South asian would not earn so much to pay $150 for legal version of XP it would be more sencible for stupid americans to understand this thing.
also ms could stop piracy by pricing their product appropriatly in Indian price or appropriate price accoring to the leaving standard of the people in their respective countries.

An Asain would not earch so much as american so better try to learn about the economic condition of the countries like India and come back again.

Talk about idiotic comments.

I'm saying that Rs. to $$ buying power is not a 1:1 ratio.

A 3rd year engineer in America earning $55K/YEAR would earn about Rs.35K/MONTH as a similar engineer in India.

That translates roughly into about $750/month for the Indian and about $4600/month for the American. A ratio of about 6:1 NOT about 45:1.

In terms of percentage of weekly salary, the cost of XP is high, admittedly. About a week's pay for Windows for the Indian engineer.

But, it's hardly equivalent to Americans paying nearly a month and a half of their salary, as you were intimating with your idiotic suggestion that we would have to pay $7500 dollars for Win XP relative to Indian buying power.

Anyway, if you can't afford the software DON'T PIRATE it. Learn to live without it. Go to Linux.

BTW, if it weren't for stupid Americans, the Indian economy would be more in the crap-house than it is now.

Your coments are very absurd.. Just Look at the similar example below.

we are just pirating the software you are pirating the human beings in the name of outsourcing. Just find labour cheap in Asian counties pirate the human beings by outsourcing.
It is american companies cannot aford the labout they outsource similar way Asians canot afford software Pirate it.
Gotcha! In the sence if you canot afford Tech/Customer support don't buy the products. Not only support most of the software is developed in counties like India

Also you guys canot afford to manufacture any product in america they outsource the manufacturing to countriles like china(infact many asian countries)

So don't you think even this is piracy.!!!!!!!!!!

anyways If Asia moves to linux MS would be closed! 'Coz most of the development for Operating system comes from countries like India or in fact asian countries.

In simple words do you think you can use only the products you can afford not pirate them in that case you americans canot use any software/hardware products, and canot look for support on any product.
Hope you understand it buddy!

All in all I wanted to make a point for you people to understnad is if ms could sell its products at the price in comparation with the leaving standard of the country the piracy could be controlled.

Ok. I can hardly understand a thing you said.

Regardless, your thoughts on piracy are unique and amusing, but nonsensical. We outsource for cheap labor rates. You copy copyrighted software. That's about it. Very bad analogy on your part.

As for your last sentence, I can agree with that. My point is that MS can choose to sell it at whatever price point they wish. If you CAN'T afford it, then don't buy it. Just don't pirate it thinking that the high price justifies it.

So if you are so ceratin in defining the term Piracy! then you americans should not have posted the topics like $1 Xp in indonecia

If the owner of copyrights (ms) stucks a deal with Indonecian Government for $1 per pirate version of xp..

means that they are buying the copyright for $1. so now they would be legal owners of the software. Why does that stuck you american brains.

cannot understand this read the articles posted by ur fellow americans showing the hateredness aginst the asian countries(especially indonecia)

ur words
Quote
--------------------------------------------------------
" My point is that MS can choose to sell it at whatever price point they wish. "
----------------------------------------------------------
thats good I agree with that.

Stop accusing asian countries! let them feel free. Instead you should accuse american companies.

Aargh, no wonder outsourcing to India is received with a lot of disdain here. I guess you get what you pay for, if it's people like you on the other end of the phone lines.
