Smiths Grove, KY | Basically, the guy getting polled, is asked a series of questions on weather he thinks LUS should build a FTTH network. The pollster leads him to believe that there is already private business's building FTTH, which then causes the guy getting polled to argue about the question being asked.
It's really just a scare tactic, they just happen to poll someone who happens to have a little bit of insight about the plan for LUS to build FTTH.
