| 16 MBps with fios, if the speed drops below 13.5 Mbps on a reliable sight like meranda, the installer told me they will put in a trouble ticket and come out and fix it, even though they do have the legal disclaimer. Will adelphia and cox be prepared to do that? |
| with fios.. since its fiber.. if your not getting within 90+ % of your speeds, then soemthing has gone wrong with the installtion.. there should be no loss or very little loss with fiber lines..
example.. 15m service..actually should be getting within 14-15 megs down..
you will not see a customerS calling in about "my 15m service only getting 10".... unless the fios network is overutilized or an outage is going on of some sort and they have to reshape traffic. |
