Couldn't p2p networks...

Add in their EULA something along the lines of...

"By installing this software, you agree to use it for legal non-infringing purposes and due to that, neither the software company or it's networks are liable for any other use there of. "

Or something... I mean, it states right there NOT to use it for a copying copyighted files. Course I have no idea of how to write a LEGAL EULA... so it's just an idea.
