How is throwing EVEN MORE money at a program which is already badly mismanaged going to solve ANY problem???
Thats what we keep asking our school system here everytime the county raises taxes in the name of making it better. They can't spend the money they've got now.
You all have a NICE school system in Mecklenburg County though.
