How so? They aquired Giant Antispyware and improved it greatly and made it free. They themselves are averageing $30-40 billion in revenue every year.

Remeber, MSAS is free right now in Beta. It will eventually be a pay/subscription product! Micro$oft said that in the M$A$ release.
They said it it would always be free. Someone sounds like they're behind. -- "If you like linux then use it otherwise stop preaching about linux we all already know about it and if we like it we'll use it.
