1 edit | Paper could probably be afforded with a little reorganization of the budget. Also, maybe if textbook vendors didn't rip off schools so badly, there would be more money for paper. (There are many other reasons for a "false deficit" in funding for education)
I can go on for days about this. I think my position is clear, however. |
