But really though, if these things are only 30 million to install vs 250 per satellite, they could have a few of them up at a time, or at least have a few on standby if something did happen to one.

I think if the whole blimp-internet thing is a good idea, people make fun of it because it sounds and looks funny, but there is some good technology behind this.

OK - I can't help it, I have to be "funny" like most of the other posts...

ah dang, can't think of anything funny to say, kinda tired now.. but there are a lot more funny jokes to make about a blimp powered internet...

Blimp internet sounds great and should be pushed by the people that have the power to propel these. Get politics involved, internet powered by hot air should be created by the nature of hot air.
