If they do start a blimp band i'm going to buy a house close to the launch site so when it comes down it will land close so i can loot all the hardware inside. LoL Seriously though if one of these thing fall from the sky, im sure if hardware isn't damaged, people will figure out a way to get inside and steal stuff, is it really worth the risk of losing all that equipment
