Website good, service bad Like it! Also saw the new giftcards - a more forward design.
Some people might not like the new, minimalist web design, but I do.
P.S. One beef I do have - bought a Canon SD500 camera last Friday with a pricematch, and man was the manager fighting me every step of the way.
First they wouldn't acknowledge that Dell.ca was an authorized Canadian dealer. (I had to bring up the website policy)
Then they didn't want to honour the 110% guarantee. (I had to bring up the website policy, again)
Excuse for not PMing Kingston SD card: "Kingston makes special SD cards for Future Shop, so you can't pricematch it with Dell or anyone else."
Then they refused to honour the Customer Appreciation discount, or the "free printer with any camera purchase exceeding $199" deal in the flyer. (I just gave up and bought it)
