Utopia, as any entity under siege from a large corporation should, needs to undertake a public information/full disclosure campaign. Running an "Informational" ad in local papers and perhaps television as a means of educating the public as to how their tax dollars are being spent in the mandatory legal rebuttal of Qwest's onslaught. I would suggest a portrayal of Qwest as a giant cranky toddler pitching a temper tantrum because he wants a toy that's not his.
