I've been having trouble finding out what the advertised speed for my dsl is. I have ADSL through MCI HiSpeed... not the Neighborhood... but still MCI... my mom only remembers that it's the basic middle-of-the-road plan; she doesn't remember the actual speed. When I called tech support they said they didn't know how to access that information, so I decided to try this before I try calling them again.
Which Brand and Model number do you have?
