"Andy Martin" is a gadfly haunted by scandal--so much so that he changed his name from Anthony R. Martin-Trigona, the name he used when he ran for Senate from Illinois back around 1980, and before that when he was a widely despised landlord in Champaign-Urbana, IL.
Some folks think he's really just deranged. I, for one, am amused by his ability to gain media attention on a fairly consistent basis....
