| Nice tool. BUT, who in ISP's will care? It is a nice tool and can document some connectivity problems. But almost all customer service department won't care at all. No matter what your complaint is or what doc you have, they have 2 solutions:
- dispatch someone to your house in a couple days
- ignore you and lie about some general problem that is being looked into
So if you want to have some doc to give you moral superiority in your fight with your provider, by all means pay for the service. Just don't expect it to make much difference in the outcome.
