But almost all customer service department won't care at all. No matter what your complaint is or what doc you have, they have 2 solutions:<br>- dispatch someone to your house in a couple days<br>- ignore you and lie about some general problem that is being looked into<br><br>So if you want to have some doc to give you moral superiority in your fight with your provider, by all means pay for the service.
