I never used it on my other PC, which works well with Trend Micro Online.<br>Now I have to find the CLSID for Panda...lol<br>Edit.. found the clsid for Panda {9A9307A0-7DA4-4DAF-B042-5009F29E09E1} and it also had (1024) in the registry. Neither of those programs for sure has HouseCalls ActiveX control in their respective databases.]]></description>

The "spyware scan" works fine, but not the virus or security scans.<br>It works on my other XP SP2 machine...strange.<br>I gave up trying, however, I get a similiar situation with Panda's ActiveScan....it just keeps trying to load the activeX, so I have had to shut it off after 15 mins..... also strange.<br>I tried BD, and it works and loads its activeX.<br>I thought I was the only one having this problem...writing to TM did not give me any tangible results.<br>I have no answer for you ...<br>Cheers :)<br><SMALL>--<br>The Endless</SMALL>]]></description>

At first I thought I had the same issue as CJ but after almost 1 minute the "Scan" button finally appeared.<br><br>The only minor issue with this scan is that it does not give you the option of "what to scan" and since I have several partitions I don't want to scan it takes much longer than need be.<br><br>So, I now have two "work arounds" from Trend Micro, one for the Virus Scan and the other for the Spyware scan.<br><br>Any ideas as to how I can fix the ActiveX issue?<br><br>Thanks again,<br><br>Joe P]]></description>

As you can see this from the screen shot this is as far as I can get.  If I choose "next" I get a message which states, "HouseCall ActiveX component is not ready".
