I do some tech consulting for them, and I got a paniced call when the crash happened. They wanted to know who to call that could talk about what happened to them. I suggested Lawrence Baldwin at mynetwatchman.com, but he didn't want to go on air so he sent them to SANS.

Where their news gathering team falied is that they didn't seem to realize that what was a big deal to them wasn't a bid deal to everyone else... particularly those with IT teams who keep their systems patched. Heads are still rolling this week.
