 Anon | Nonexistant Customer Service I have been dealing with Voicenet since the end of February. We signed a one-year contract at the begining of March.
Not only do we not have service yet, one of our phone lines was disconnected by the Covad technician who came out and has not been reconnected. The worst part is trying to get ANYONE to give you ANY answer or even call you back. I've been trying for a month to find out an estimated date that someone will come out to finish or at least reconnect the line that was mistakenly disconnected and no one has told me a thing. I have never been more frustrated with a business transaction and I have never seen such horrible, irresponsible business practices. |
