Not trying to hijack the thread but have you tried the newer stain resistant and wrinkle free shirts? I like the ones with both as they are a little stiffer. I've bought the Stafford brand in the past and love them. I kid you not, take right out of the dryer and hang up and they look like they have been ironed. I also think they do not wrinkle as much (really not at all) when you wear them.
