I think I'm subscribing to eMusic. None of this crap. And it works in Linux which none of these other legal download services do. And $10/Month for 40 MP3s a month. Only downside is that it doesn't have many popular artists, but, oh well.
Give it a whirl. I used it in the past for a number of months. True the big names aren't released on it. It is a model for how to do business. Simple with no drm, no irritating limitations. And 25c a track. What more can one want(besides release of all material on such a service)?
