| Canceling Service... Well it's been an interesting ride. Decided to cancel my MCI/uu.net ADSL service today. As much as enjoyed Digizip, feel like when I needed support, they didn't really take care of it.
Lets just say I tried to get an issue with my DSL line fixed. To fix it, support recapped it at 384/256 from 1.5/768. Would rather have my little issue than that! No reply afterwords when I tried to contact them. |

 | Interesting. I also just canceled, I switched to a local telco (bellsouth) with ADSL 3000/384. Already loving the higiher downstream. |

They continue to bill me!!! After a few phone calls and angry e-mails they zeroed out my account balance once, but in a month I've got a new bill! The issue is still unresolved. So, prepare for tough times, when you try to cancel an existing account. |

Almost identical issue here now. This is getting ridiculous. |
