Well not free but at least people with non-T-Mobile phones can use their cell phones.
It will probably be free. I can almost guaranteed that down the road they will either issue refunds, credit, or not charge at all for these couple of days.
At least they had the decency to do that when Houston got flooded out, and that was pretty minor compared to this.
