| Car charger,Power inverter,generator,even one of the little emergency battery packs from a convenience store. I got pretty creative last summer by the time the third hurricane hit us in central FL. |

| If your car isn't underwater, if you have a car at all (so claims many of the people who did not evacuate), if you can afford a generator and if you looted enough of those emergency battery packs.  |
