Re: DOD Lovers, the time of waiting is about to end! I've downloaded the server files for source dedicated server and it gives an error of "dod\gameinfo.text invalid". Anyone know if this is part of not releasing yet or will I have to redownload it? I'm hoping it's just part of the encryption and will be unlocked soon. |

If you bought the silver or gold version through steam you dont have to buy anything if you bought any of the consumer versions w/ the discs or the regular version through steam you have to buy DoD through steam. |

You can purchase it on steam for $17 right now and it'll unlock right away at 6pm (EST), 3pm (PST) today.

When the game comes out, the only servers up are going to be games hosted on other people's computers. Usually, listenserv's are terrible (ping).
Anyways, I'll put up a DOD:S server as soon as I can on a colocated box I have access to. I'll be sure to post the IP, as well, in case you guys want to play there.
