As back in february others and i had some input into the idea for such an App.

So thanx to Javacool for all the hard work that must have gone on behind the scenes in this time creating and testing it, and for acknowledging the contributions in the original thread. Also not forgetting of course he is providing it as FreeWare once again, as well as the Pro version !

Excellent point - however EULAlyzer was designed with this in mind. :)

It should deal with such tactics fairly well. (And although I'm not a lawyer, I would assume that if the language becomes non-human-readable, or impossible to interpret, it wouldn't be binding - so there's only so much they can do.)

That said, that's also why there's the EULA Research Center (»www.eularesearchcenter.com) which everyone can submit license agreements to and help us out. :D
