Where does the money go that government spends? Does government build cruise missiles and GPS systems? NO. They doll the money out in the form of contracts to private businesses. Is America really this f'n ignorant of how their own government works?

Yes, because government works primarily for business interests, not the voting public. Government takes your money and uses it as business sees fit in most but not all cases. But now that the jig is up, they're moving to privatize everything so as to avoid the peanut gallery all together.
