well if you think the money that was taken should be used for only what it was meant then. Ohio schools are owed a lot of money due to the fact that our lottery system was created for the public school system. Although over the last couple years the money is going to pay the state debit off.
So actually then the state should have to give back all the money they spent of the School's back to the school system. Good luck with that!
That’s comparing apples and oranges. Lotto players were not sued/forced to play the lotto, to pay for potential damage done by Lotto players. -- mike HouseOfMike
