The U.S. should have

total control over the entire WWW, no doubt about it; I'm behind this all the way. Perhaps then the net would become f*cked up beyond all recognition (FUBAR) in short order, hopefully in time to put an end to the sublimely ubiquitous self-loathing circlejerks this forum aptly demonstrates.

I mean, FEMA proves how well our government manages things, why not the World Wide Web? that "WORLD" thing's a bitch, I know, I know ... if only they'd simply ... go away. Well, maybe we can take 'em out. We have the ability to do that according to Pat Robertson.
