All I have to say is, I don't want a body who for the most part is anti American and will control what I read, watch and write. Shared responsibility my butt. The U.S developed it, we funded most of it, so we have the right to control it. Nothing is stopping other countries from developing there own internet. They had more than enough chances but they just like to ride on the backs of others and call it there own.
