dumwaldo : i am not sure if this makes any difference but yesterday i loeaded a torrent for something i thought would be a bit more popular. sure enough that more popular file sparked immediate activity. it took about 12 hours and i had to upload about 3 times the amount i wanted to download but BT came through for the more popular file. it also brought up my ratio.

well to my surprise it seems that this activity and increased ratio seems to have sparked one of my orgiinal torrents into activity. the torrent that took 2 days to reach a single percent is now sitting at 54% complete and slowly trickeling in at a few KB/s. of course it is going back out at an average of 30 to 50 KB/s but this morning i am feeling confident that this torrent might actually work after all.

peace,
dumwaldo
