New Web Mail?

Hi,

I couldn't send email tonight (2:42am PST)
"Sending of message failed" blah, blah, blah.
So tried using their web mail interface.

Surprise! They seem to be switching over to "Iloha Mail"
Looks like a MAJOR improvement over the old setup.

I'll guess they are "messing around" now???
I'll try regular e-mail later today

Bye,

Thanks for the heads-up. I was wondering why they were down again last night when I tried to e-mail a client and it failed. Was ready to give them yet another call today to express my displeasure at their incompetent, BS handling of the e-mail servers and lack of notification prior to just shutting it off. AGAIN!

Sure hope whatever they are switching to is a whole lot better than what they have had in the past.

There pop AND smtp server(s) IS DOWN AGAIN.
I WILL call them Monday, when I have a chance of talking that has a clue ....
I'm more then a little pissed at the way these folks can't
seem to keep their e-mail servers running.

THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE

To them it is! And, from their perspective they're right. Clueless is an extreme understatement in Cyberonic's case.

Cyberonic has e-mail servers? I thought all they had were SPAM forwarding devices. Since 99+% of everything that I get on my Cybermoronic account is trash, I very seldom even log on just to clean out the messages.

I don't get ANY spam in my cyberonic account but I also have never given it out... any way I run my own e-mail server off my dsl and I get really good uptime and I have my own dns so I can have any e-mail address I want.
