The days of static in the lines has gone, turn around on orders is faster, often immediate if you want to add a feature, and the price is generally cheaper - at least in my area. When the power goes off, we still have service since our system is powered by the network. <br><br>Many areas that offer digital phone are required by regulators to offer a system with 99.99% uptime which in turn makes the cable TV and internet that much more reliable as well. <br><br>Usually if something goes wrong, it's with the RSU equipment on the outside of the house - they can go bad from time to time, or the inside wiring.]]></description>
