Cablevision Triple Play

When I moved to Ronkonkoma, NY last year I investigated which phone/video/internet packages would be the least expensive. I chose Cablevision over Verizon because the phone/internet cost was less with Cablevision. Verizon Fios was not and is still not available here, so that was not an option. Also, because I live in an apartment I need permission from landlord to mount a satellite dish, so Cable TV was just that much less of hassle. With one phone call and one appointment I had video, phone and internet service installed and so far I have never needed further service or call to customer service. I don't know how much my bill will go up when my year of service is up. I probably will keep OOL and Cablevision and go with another VoIP provider for phone. When (or if) Verizon Fios is available, I may switch internet providers if costs are comparable to OOL.

If you don't add additional services, your bill should go up $15. If you whine long and hard enough, there's a good chance they'll waive the increase.
