It is offered now in Columbus too with Time Warner. All of their special bundles now say Road Runner Lite.

Adelphia does the same but Openly Adelphia now has a 256 down/256 up plan that costs $24.99/month but they do it openly. I mean anybody can call them and ask for the basic plan and they will offer it. But then again, it is just "basic" in VOIP terms.
I downgraded to this plan after Adelphia jacked up my prices when my 1 year promotional period ended at $27.99. |
