I'm not aware of any cable internet that requires a contract. Here with TW, it's definitely NO CONTRACT.

Roadrunner has no contracts that I'm aware of. I could cancel at anytime with no penalty! That freedom has some value in itself.

Not with Comcast. Hell, I can activate service, use it for a week, cancel, and they'll pro-rate the monthly price for the single week I used it. Makes a great backup when changing DSL providers.

i belive that if you take Comcast up on one of there "19.99 for 3 months" deals you have to keep the service for one year.
